A graduate of the Military University of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

EMPLOYMENT:
*2010 – 2015: Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Legal Affairs at LLC “NORD WIND” (Nordwind Airlines).
*Occupied executive positions in a number of airlines.

EXPERIENCE:
*5 years of experience in legal support of international transactions in the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
*17 years of work in the aviation industry. She has arranged legal support of several airlines “from scratch” and has provided legal support for more than 60 aircraft lease and sale-purchase transactions.
*Svetlana Starodubova has participated in multiple due diligence of airlines acquisitions and has supported complex corporate transactions involving the equity acquisitions and disposals.

ABOUT:
Under her capable leadership, new contractual arrangements for aircraft operation under restrictive measures (sanctions) were developed and implemented.

Her team includes a diverse group of lawyers specializing in different areas, providing 24/7 services, including corporate support of Companies’ activities and consulting support on any legal issues of activities (particularly the aviation aspects of the business).
