CERTIFICATION OF TRANSLATION

Basic Certification may be sufficient:

• for internal company use
• for informal correspondence
• for communication with partners who do not require formally certified documents

We recommend confirming in advance with the requesting party whether Basic Certification will be accepted.

The Certificate confirms:

• the accuracy and completeness of the translation
• the absence of omissions and errors
• the translator’s professional competence

If any inaccuracies are identified, the Translation Agency accepts responsibility for the quality of the translation.

This type of certification:

• enhances trust in international cooperation and business relations
• may, in certain cases, be accepted by courts as admissible evidence

A notary certifies only the authenticity of the translator’s signature, not the accuracy or quality of the translation. For this reason, the Translation Agency additionally certifies the translation with the translator’s signature and company seal.

Notarized translations are typically required in the following cases:

• apostille and legalization of documents in accordance with Russian legislation
• submission to Russian government authorities, courts, or other institutions with formal document processing procedures
• submission to foreign government authorities, international courts, consulates, and legal institutions
