CLOSSING OF THE TRANSACTION ON AVIATION BUSINESS ACQUISITION

BLS CUSTOS GROUP lawyers have completed the legal processing of acquisition of one of the Russian business aviation airline operating foreign aircraft.
The peculiarity of this deal was simultaneousness change of the Company’ Owners and sale of the part of the aircraft fleet which was not planned for operations by the new Owner.
While processing these transactions it was important to ensure further operation by the airline in normal regime.
