CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY OF BLS CUSTOS GROUP RECOGNIZED TO INTERNATIONAL QUALITY STANDARDS

In accordance with international regulations in aviation, each airline, which transferred a part of its functions to outsourcing company, should perform an audit of such companies. One of the Russian major airline operating on international air passenger market, monitoring the service providers, has performed an audit of BLS CUSTOS GROUP on the system of quality management.
Based on the results of the audit the confidentiality policy of BLS CUSTOS GROUP recognized to conform the international quality standards (IOSA Standards Manual). Under the confidentiality policy of BLS CUSTOS GROUP a set of measures is being carried out aimed at nondisclosure of information received from the clients while providing legal services that guarantees the confidentiality of such information.
