THE LAWYERS OF BLS CUSTOS GROUP, LLC ACHIEVED THE REFUND OF OVERPAID CUSTOMS PAYMENTS TO THE CLIENT’S ACCOUNT

BLS CUSTOS GROUP, LLC, on behalf of one of its Clients, successfully appealed to the FCS of the Russian Federation against the Sheremetyevo Customs Office’s decisions to impose additional customs payments in respect of the aircraft that had been temporarily imported. As a result of the appeal, the FCS of the Russian Federation obliged Sheremetyevo Customs Office to re-estimate the customs value of the aircraft downwards. Eventually, the overpaid amounts were refunded to the Client’s account.
