BLS CUSTOS GROUP has prepared proposals for changes of Russian Air Law

The issue of depositing by air carriers the funds of the passengers who were unable to use air service due to spreading of the coronavirus, but want to use their tickets after the restrictions are lifted, requires prompt legislative actions.
The Law company BLS CUSTOS GROUP took part in elaboration of package of amendments to the Air Law of the Russian Federation connected to the changes of Air carriage agreement provisions in case of force majeure circumstances.
On April 09, 2020 those proposals were addressed to the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation by the Air Transport Operators Association.
