BLS CUSTOS GROUP LAWYERS IN THE COURT FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ACHIEVED AN EXEMPTION OF ITS CLIENT FROM LIABILITY

A legal action was brought against BLS CUSTOS GROUP client, who has recently acquired a new business project. The claim was about recovery of damages supposedly incurred in the result of intellectual property rights violation.
According to the plaintiff, images and descriptions of the production technology used by the creator of the business project were illegally borrowed from the plaintiff and were used by our client.
BLS CUSTOS GROUP lawyers in the court for intellectual property rights has substantiated that the disputed images and descriptions of technologies are well-known and widely used production methods invented long time before the plaintiff and the creator of the project started doing their businesses and not by them; in addition, it was demonstrated that the materials sold by the client have a different content and were created directly by the client in the process of developing its business project.
The judgement of the court for intellectual property rights rendered for our client has entered into legal force.
