PROTECTION OF THE AIRLINE FROM AIRCRAFT CONFISCATION. DECLARING THE DECISION OF CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES TO BE ILLEGAL.

BLS CUSTOC GROUP lawyers have achieved in court the declaration of customs authority decisions to be illegal. These decisions imposed on the airline of business aviation the penalty in the amount of doubled agreed value of the aircraft as well as confiscation of the aircraft.
Judicial acts came into legal force.
One of the Russian Law particularity is that the confiscation of the aircraft can be applied for administrative offenses in the customs field (violation of customs rules) in respect of the aircraft (object of the administrative offense) owned by the person not brought to administrative actions.
