While representing clients in judicial authorities of Moscow and other regions of the Russian Federation, Polina Barabanova achieved, among other matters:
- adjudication of actions and decisions of customs authorities aimed at confiscation of an expensive aircraft from a business aviation company illegal;
- allowance of a tour operator’s receipt of subsidies from the state budget of the Russian Federation to reimburse expenses for the return of Russian citizens from abroad after the termination of flights between the Russian Federation and foreign countries due to the mew coronavirus pandemic, contesting the claim of the financial authorities to return the received subsidies;
- recovery of subsidies from the authorities of several constituent entities of the Russian Federation for regional passenger transportation planned in the budget of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation but not received by the airline due to invalid data on the airline's non-existent debt on mandatory payments.
